Matt and Tanner were very professional, explained the job and conducted an excellent demonstration on how to use the pump and timer. This spring I discovered that I had a manufacturer defect on the pump and a couple minor items. The salesperson and the team was there, once again, treating me with exceptional service that I considered above and beyond the call of duty.
Boldt pools closed my pool for me and did a great job. Its great having professionals who are trained and know what they are doing take the anxiety out of preparing a pool for the winter.
The Boldt team left my place with no garbage and neat. Jay answered all my questions and let me know what was going on step by step. I will definitely call Bolt pools for my next pool service.
The correspondence from Boldt was excellent with regard to the pool opening schedule and the technicians were very friendly.
